On behalf of iNADO, We invite you to attend our 2025 iNADO Annual Workshop on Monday, 17 March 2025 in the Amphimax building of the University of Lausanne (UNIL) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Under this year‘s theme Unlock the Future of Anti-Doping: Exploring Innovation, Collaboration, and Best Practicesthe workshop will provide an opportunity for our member NADOs and RADOs, as well as non-members and other anti-doping practitioners, to learn and exchange ideas and practices that enhance our common purpose of “Working Together Towards Excellence” in anti-doping.

The workshop is open to iNADO members and other anti-doping professionals and stakeholders.

Practical Information

To facilitate your travel arrangements and ensure a smooth visit to Lausanne to participate in our 2025 Annual Workshop, we have compiled essential details for your convenience.

Time: 9:00 – 17:30 Registration opens at 08:15
Location: Amphimax building of the University of Lausanne (UNIL) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Transportation

When in Lausanne, public transport is recommended. If you are staying in a hotel, youth hostel, B&B, or campsite in Lausanne where the tourist tax applies, you are entitled to a Lausanne Transport Card. This card grants you free access to all public transport (bus, train, metro). Please visit the following website for more information.
 

 Location 

The Workshop will be held in the Amphimax building of the University of Lausanne (UNIL) in Lausanne, Switzerland. 

The address: Rte de la Sorge 9, 1015 Lausanne, Switzerland

Easy access with M1 Metro from City Center. Stop ”Unil-Sorge”
Paid car park available next to the building.
Motorway A1 Geneva-Lausanne, Direction Lausanne Sud, Exit ”Unil-EPFL"

Registration Desk

Participants' registration will be at the main entrance of the Amphimax building.

When you arrive, follow the signs to the check-in desk that matches your first name (the one you used during registration). Have your ID ready and show it to the iNADO staff or volunteers. If you used a different name to register, let them know.

All participants will receive a name badge, which must be worn throughout the day for access to the sessions.

Catering

Coffee Breaks:
Designated coffee break with light snacks will be provided during the scheduled break time.

Lunch:
Delegates will need to show their participation badge at the counter. Meals include one dish and a drink up to 15 frf.
Anything beyond this amount  will be paid by the delegates individually in cash or credit card.
A warm dish for lunch with the possibility to choose from 3 following menus to choose from:
1. Millet gratin with leeks, smoked paprika and thyme (vegetarian and no gluten option)
2. "Mtuzi wa Samaki" tanzanian fish curry with romanseco cabbage and herbed carrots
3. Milanese-style turkey escalope. Risotto with tomato and cheese, steamed green beans

 Follow the signage or volunteer instructions to join the correct queue.

Reception Drinks: 
Refreshments and light snacks will be provided after the closing of the Workshop.

Plug Adapter

Please do not forget to bring the adapter for the Swiss plugs.

Luggage Storage

No specific storage room provided during the event. Delegates are free to leave their luggage at the back of the room but they will be unattended and we will accept no liability for theft or damage.

Photography & Video

By registering for the event, you agree to the use of the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity or other purposes of iNADO. 

Languages

All plenary and breakout sessions will be conducted in English.  

Certificate 

We are pleased to offer digital certificates of participation to all event attendees upon request. To receive your certificate, please email us at info@inado.org.

Weather

Mid-March can bring chilly morning temperatures or very mild sunny conditions.

Current predictions until 17th March:
Robust high-pressure area over Eastern Europe, over the Alps with upper-level southeasterly currents. Fairly sunny with fog patches in the morning and generally dry. Maximum temperatures between 9 and 15 degrees.

Following the Workshop, all presentations will be available on the “2025 Workshop” page on the iNADO website. If you would not like your presentation to be posted on the iNADO website, please contact info@inado.org prior to the start of the Workshop.
