On behalf of iNADO, We invite you to attend our 2025 iNADO Annual Workshop on Monday, 17 March 2025 in the Amphimax building of the University of Lausanne (UNIL) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Under this year‘s theme Unlock the Future of Anti-Doping: Exploring Innovation, Collaboration, and Best Practicesthe workshop will provide an opportunity for our member NADOs and RADOs, as well as non-members and other anti-doping practitioners, to learn and exchange ideas and practices that enhance our common purpose of “Working Together Towards Excellence” in anti-doping.

The workshop is open to iNADO members and other anti-doping professionals and stakeholders.

Preliminary Program

Registration

Due to limited capacity, we highly recommend early registration to secure your spot.
 

iNADO Members registration
-Complimentary Tickets (Deadline: February 14, 2025):

  • iNADO members are entitled to three (3) complimentary tickets for their staff.
  • To secure these complimentary tickets, please complete registration by February 14, 2025.
  • If you wish to register more than three staff members (e.g. 4th or 5th staff member), these additional tickets will be subject to availability.
  • Additional tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and confirmed by iNADO after February 14, 2025.
  • Additional tickets will be charged at EUR 85.00 per participant.

-Late Registrations (Until March 3, 2025):

  • Registrations after the February 14  will be considered late and charged at EUR 135.00 per participant.

Non-Members

-General Registration (Deadline: February 14, 2025)

  •  Non-members can register by filling out the online registration form until February 14, 2025. A registration fee of EUR 85.00 per participant will be charged.

-Late Registration (Until March 3, 2025):

  • Registrations after the February 14  will be considered late and charged at EUR 135.00 per participant.

Commercial Companies

Companies interested in attending the Workshop are encouraged to contact info@inado.org for sponsorship opportunities and associated costs.
 

Special Registration Categories

  • Invited Speakers, Moderators & Volunteers: No registration fee applies.
  • Complimentary Tickets: A limited number of complimentary tickets are available for representatives of certain organizations. This includes iNADO’s commercial partners and sponsors, key stakeholders, and athlete representatives.

These groups should contact info@inado.org to complete their registration.

Cancellation Policy 

To request cancellation, please contact info@inado.org by March 3, 2025. If cancellation is not received by this deadline, iNADO will issue an invoice for the full registration fee.  

Practical Information

Badges

All participants will receive their badges upon arrival at the Workshop venue. 

Beverages & Meals

Throughout the day coffee and water will be available. At breaks, light snacks will be provided, and at midday lunch will be available. 

Languages

All plenary and breakout sessions will be conducted in English.  

Environment

To limit our environmental impact, only a brief 1-page Program will be available. The detailed Program will be available online in a digital format. 

Presentations

Following the Workshop, all presentations will be available on the “2025 Workshop” page on the iNADO website. If you would not like your presentation to be posted on the iNADO website, please contact info@inado.org prior to the start of the Workshop. 

Photography & Video

A photographer will be on-site to capture the two-day Workshop and all plenary and breakout sessions may be recorded. By registering for the event, you agree to the use of the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity or other purposes of iNADO. 

Entry Visa

Any participant requiring a visa to enter Switzerland is responsible for obtaining their entry visa. For the list of nationalities requiring an entry visa, please consult the Swiss Federal Office for Migration website. If necessary, iNADO can provide an “Invitation to the Workshop” for its members in good standing. Please contact info@inado.org for more details.

Accomodation

Hotel accommodation in Lausanne is limited, therefore we recommend early booking.
