iNADO Statement on the Enhanced Games
iNADO stands with WADA to protect clean sport
23/05/2025 - Bonn, Germany
The objectives of the Enhanced Games, following the announcement this week of the Event taking place in Las Vegas in May 2026, do not match the spirit of sport which is at the heart of the activities of Signatories to the World Anti-Doping Code.
Compromising the health and well-being of athletes under pseudo arguments of athlete safety and scientific advantages puts them at risk, and blatantly ignores the overwhelming body of evidence of the adverse side-effects associated with the use of performance-enhancing substances.
iNADO stands with WADA in the call to condemn this event, and warns athletes and support personnel of the temptation and risks associated with the use of prohibited substances and methods to achieve the targeted goals of this event. Athletes are hereby reminded their responsibilities under the World Anti-Doping Code.
iNADO will support National Anti-Doping Organisations in strengthening the messaging to athletes and future generations of athletes that sport is about the perfection of athlete’s natural talents (the real human potential), and not about pure entertainment at cost.
