New version of iNADO Constitution effective as of 7 June 2024

On 13 March 2024 in Lausanne, the iNADO General Assembly approved motions to amend the iNADO Constitution.

Amendments to the articles of association only come into force once the new version has been entered in the Register of Associations.

Therefore, iNADO applied with the District Court of Bonn, Germany for respective changes in the Register of Associations for registration of the new version of the iNADO Constitution. iNADO was supported by a local notary’s office.

All the relevant documents for changes in the Register of Associations were submitted on 16 April 2024 by the notary’s office to the District Court of Bonn, Germany.

The new version of the iNADO Constitution, as approved by the iNADO General Assembly on 13 March 2024, has become effective as of 7 June 2024. Please find this new version here here.
