Data Protection Policy

Here is an explanation of the processing of personal information by the iNADO website.

iNADO processes all personal data in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Directive of the European Union (EU-GDPR).

If you access our website, iNADO's servers will also automatically store your IP address, browser type and settings, your operating system and the date and duration of the visit. Based on this data, an identification of your person can be made. However, our service provider provides only iNADO with aggregated information. Any processing of personal data does not occur. Any data processed and used is done always anonymously. The data is evaluated anonymously solely for the purpose of improving and safeguarding our online service.

b) Receipt of newsletters and registrations to iNADO events

Personal data will only be processed by iNADO if you wittingly make it available in one of our online services and these are necessary for the fulfillment of certain applications (e.g., when registering for iNADO events) or if you expressly agree upon the collection of personal information.

Providing personal data is necessary when using the following applications of our website:

Your personal information will only be stored through our website on servers located within the EU and covered by the EU's General Data Protection Regulation.

If data are not affected, they will be deleted as soon as the respective goal is completed. It is possible to delete your profile from the distribution list of iNADO at any time. Should a deletion conflict with statutory, contractual or tax law or commercial law retention requirements or other statutory reasons, instead of the deletion, a limited processing of your data can be made.

d) Passing on the data to third parties

In principle, iNADO does not pass on your personal data to third parties unless you have previously consented to the transfer of your personal data or iNADO is obliged to disclose it by law, regulations, official or court order.

iNADO also requires its external service providers (including the company responsible for the maintenance of the iNADO website) to comply with applicable data protection legislation, to treat it with confidentiality and to immediately delete personal data as soon as it is no longer needed. If the external service provider violates one of the aforementioned obligations, iNADO cannot assume the responsibility.
